Description
Linifolia, or flax leaved tulip as it is also known, is a Division 15 – Species tulip. Recognised by the RHS with its Award of Garden Merit this native of Afghanistan has bright scarlet flowers with black at the base and narrow grey-green leaves with fine red margins. It is ideal for rockeries, gravel gardens and pots and also for the fronts of borders.
