R. Mona is a Waterlily type dahlia. This 2008 introduction has elegant glowing-red flowers. With its elegant form, strong dark stems and foliage, it is of Exhibition quality. A prolific grower it is suitable for use outside in the border, in pots on the patio and inside as cut flowers.
