Kelsey Annie Joy is a Collerette type Dahlia. This medal-winning cultivar was introduced in the USA in 2013. It has soft yellow flowers with its collerette petals shading tp pink at the edges and a gold disk. This cultivar is suitable for Exhibition and for the border and is attractive in pots and containers and as cut flowers.
